Our Cridling Honey Smiths have spent quite some time creating our Whipped Honey range using only Pure Yorkshire Honey and a little Cridling magic. This exquisite blend has been crafted to celebrate our Yorkshire heritage whilst staying true to our Cridling principals of only using natural ingredients - the honey and one other ingredient, in this case the juice of rhubarb.
Cridling is located within the famed area of the Rhubarb Triangle in the heart of Yorkshire. Rhubarb can have a tangy, sour taste but when you add it to honey along with a little Cridling magic - be prepared for a delicious, bold and comforting combination that both stimluates and soothes the taste buds.
Cridling Whipped Honey with Rhubarb is perfect on desserts such as cheese cake, over ice cream, in ginger tea, in pies, as a glaze and in smoothies. We get lots of posts from customers just loving this flavour straight off the spoon with jars disappearing faster than the delivery man can replenish the pantry. Jars of honey are supplied with their very own wooden honey drizzler and bee charm. Sizes available are 50g (1.5oz), 112g (4oz), 225g (8oz) and 340g (12oz) jars. Please select size required.
Store below 25°C. Once opened, store in refridgeration. Crystallization naturally occurs with honey. Warm the jar gently in hot water (without letting water into the jar), stir at intervals and the honey will become runny. You can also do this if you prefer a runny honey.
